This high-energy, dynamic organization is multi disciplinary with a focus on sports, ortho and physical medicine and rehabilitation. Responsibilities: Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel Plan and coordinate health services Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures Qualifications: Previous experience in the management of a multi-disciplinary medical office Experience in a managerial role Strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A background as a medical assistant and bi-lingual Spanish is very appealing to this organization.
