Job Title: Steel Erector/Iron Worker Job Description
The position involves working on commercial warehouse construction projects, where you will be responsible for the steel erection and iron work. You will assemble, install, and secure structural steel frameworks and metal components to form the skeleton of warehouses. Proficiency in reading blueprints, operating lifts and skytraks, and using power tools is required.

Work EnvironmentWork takes place outdoors in varying conditions, including hot, cold, sunny, rainy, and windy weather. A tool belt equipped with a 25 ft tape measure, utility knife, claw hammer, red and green handle snips, tri-square (level), carpenter pencil, and chalk-line is necessary.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saginaw, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
